PRIVATE PARTIES/CORPORATE EVENTS
Moonstruck is a great place to host corporate meetings and special events such as birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, rehearsal dinners, small non-traditional weddings and get-togethers. The information below provides guidelines and parameters to the type of events we can accommodate. Please call 732-988-0123 after 3:30 (Wednesday-Sunday) to inquire about availability and for additional information.
Please note: We cannot permit dancing, live bands or DJs due to the proximity of our dining guests on the floor below; We only offer sit-down dinner parties, we do not offer buffets or cocktail/hor d’oeuvres only parties; We do not offer parties during the day. The earliest we can start an event is 4:30 PM. We do not offer Bar Packages-All bar beverages are tallied on a tab based on consumption.
12-18 Guests– The VIP Room – Available any night we are open. Our smaller room is located off to the side on the third floor with French doors which may be closed for privacy. It can be booked for a minimum of 12 people and a maximum of 18 (20 is possible but it will be tight). Guests order from our Price Fixed Package Menu (see below). We require a $200 deposit to secure the booking and to guarantee a minimum of 12 guests. The deposit may not be refunded for cancelations received less than two weeks before the reservation date. Gratuity of 20% will automatically be added to the bill. There may also be a minimum gratuity guarantee applied.
20-29 Guests – Sometimes available during our off season on Wed, Thursday, Friday or Sunday nights. (Not available from Mid-June to Mid-September) A portion of our third-floor main dining room may sometimes be booked to accommodate parties that will not fit in the VIP Room. Guests order from of our Price Fixed Package Menu (see below). We require a $500 deposit to secure the booking and to guarantee a minimum of 20 guests. The deposit may not be refunded for cancelations received less than two weeks before reservation time. Gratuity of 20% will automatically be added to the bill. There may also be a minimum gratuity guarantee applied. Please note: It may be possible that another party is booked simultaneously in another area of the dining room or in the adjacent VIP Room.
30-75 Guests – Available during our off season on Wednesday, Thursday, Fridays and Sunday nights. (Not available from Mid-June to Mid-September) The main dining room on the third floor may be exclusively booked for large dinner parties of up 60 guests. (75 is possible but will be tight) Guests will order from of our Price Fixed Package Menu. (See sample below). This room has a private bar to accommodate a cocktail hour. An initial deposit of $1000 is due at time of booking. A second deposit of $1000 is due one month in advance of the event date. The balance will be due on the night of the event. A Minimum Guarantee of guests will be required. Deposit may not be refunded for cancellations received less than 45 days before reservation date. As noted above: We cannot permit dancing, live bands or DJs due to the proximity our dining guests on the floor below.
